Our second quarterly meeting falls smack dab in the middle of Pride month, and we’re super excited to tell you it is being hosted by Scuba Network on Commercial Boulevard in Fort Lauderdale. Ryan, the president of Scuba Network, was the first ally to reach out to us and let us know that our members were welcome at their stores, making a point that their New York store is in Chelsea. The crew at the Commercial Boulevard location are going out of their way to make this event special, providing us with snacks and beverages.
In addition to the normal gear selections you will find in a dive shop, you’ll also get a chance to learn about their Valet Shore Diving experiences and the great travel packages that Scuba Network puts together. Come and make this event a part of your Pride month. Let Ryan and his team know that we appreciate their willingness to step up.
Out Scuba believes that better trained divers make safer divers and increases the enjoyment of all participants on any dive. We include any training session(s) on our calendar because it is by an Out Scuba instructor member, offered only to Out Scuba members and includes reduced rates or added benefits you would not get if you registered for the training directly. Out Scuba, however, does not offer training, does not benefit financially from registrations, does not certify divers or instructors, does not vet or approve the instructors, and does not recommend any training or agency to you. If you believe this training will be of benefit to you, we encourage you to contact the organizer and satisfy any questions you have before you sign up.
